Joined a gym!

I joined Body Basic health club today.It will deff help me get these 13lbs off and help me reach my final goal.It will also help me keep it off.They have all kinds of extra work out classes that I am very excited to get started.

No coffee until......

I decided to take my addiction to coffee away.I told myself I would not drink any coffee until I show that i am LOOSING the last of these 13 lbs.Coffee is not bad for me,& I do it health but it's something I really enjoy and love.So in order to keep my determination I will not drink any coffee. Let me tell you it's deffinately hard but it will be so rewarding in the end,& I find that this little method really works.Makes me want to work harder.

Shopping Spree!!!!

I went shopping to spend my Bday $ and Iam happy to say Iam on a size 10! That was my goal size 8/10,I can wear a 8 but it's not comfortable and to reach my goal weight I only need to loose 13 more. So Iam doing well and I will finish strong!

Only 13 more lbs..... :))

I only have 13 more lbs to go to meet my goal.I have a feeling I wil hit my deadline.I wanted to hit my goal by Feb 1,2011,I really feel I will do that.Iam so proud of myself and I still can't believe I've made it this far.If I can so it anyone can! For the first time in my life I can say I love myself(wow,that's overwhelming)

Only 16 more lbs!

Iam still doing very well.Iam still more motivated and determined as ever.It makes me laugh at these special diet plans advertised on tv bc they advertise like that's the only plan out there and regular dieting doesn't work.Well Iam proof that regular diet and exercise does work.Makes me proud that I didn't use a special diet or diet bills,drinks,or all that other non sense they have out there.I did it healthy.

Weigh in

I got on the scale this morning and I weigh 166 :) I've lost 3 more lbs.Ian only 16 lbs away from my goal!!Iam so excited and this make me want to work 10 times hard and work out 10 times longer !

Time out.

Well Iam currently in bed with a heating pad.I hurt my back or pulled something from working out yesterday.The workout DVD had alot of new moves so Iam sure I just pulled something.So Iam taking a time out from working out today and hopefully I'll be right back at it tomorrow.Thank God for pain meds ;)
